🌸🌸KarnıYarık @ Turkish style Stuffed eggplants@Mousakka 🌸🌸







Ingredients;

4 small eggplants

Minced meat
1 Onion
Garlic
Blackpepper
Cumin
Isot
Chilliflakes
Salt
Thyme

(A) sauce
Tomato /chilli puree
Blackpepper
Cumin
Thyme
Salt


1) Peel the eggplants' skin and cut a split in the middle

2) Fry the eggplants ,and put onto papertowels to reduce the oil

3 ) Fry onion, garlic, carliston pepper with little olive oil

4) Pour the diced tomatoes

5) Add the spices , salt, and let it cook

6) Add the minced meat and let it cook for 15 mins

7) Arrange the eggplants into a pan

8)  Fill the eggplants with the minced meat

9 ) pour A into the pan and let it cook for another 5 min
